Terms

Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using the Hey House Life website, accommodation portal, viewing tools, and online support features.

Last updated: 27 May 2026

Using our services

You may use the website to browse accommodation, request viewings, contact the team, manage account details, upload requested documents, and use tenancy support tools. Please keep information accurate and use the website lawfully.

Accounts and security

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping sign-in details secure and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Property information

We aim to keep listings, availability, prices, bills information, photos, and property details accurate, but they may change. A viewing request or online enquiry does not reserve a property or create a tenancy unless confirmed separately in writing.

Tenancy documents and payments

Any tenancy, deposit, rent, landlord, or property management arrangement may be governed by separate written agreements, statutory rules, or scheme terms. Where separate terms apply, those terms take priority over these website terms.

Uploads and messages

You must only upload documents, images, signatures, or messages that you are entitled to provide. Do not upload unlawful, misleading, harmful, or malicious content, or content that infringes another person's rights.

Third-party services

The website may rely on trusted third parties for hosting, email, payments, property operations, analytics, compliance checks, or document handling. Their own terms may apply when you use those services.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or improve parts of the website from time to time. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, but we will try to keep disruption reasonable and protect essential records.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hey House Life is not responsible for indirect losses, loss caused by inaccurate information supplied by users, or issues outside our reasonable control.
