TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By submitting this contract change form ("Form"), you ("Tenant") accept and agree to the following terms and conditions:

CONTRACT CHANGES: This Form serves as a mechanism for the Tenant to request modifications to the existing contract ("Contract"). Modifications may include, but are not limited to, an extension of the term of the Contract or a change of the tenant on record.

CHARGES: The Tenant acknowledges and agrees that there is a non-refundable contract change fee of £30.00 (Thirty Pounds) applicable for processing this Form. This fee will be due at the time of submitting this Form, irrespective of the approval or rejection of the requested changes.

NEW TENANT DETAILS: If the Tenant wishes to change the tenant on record, the Tenant must provide full and accurate details of the new tenant. The Tenant is aware that this Form and its submission do not guarantee the acceptance of the new tenant by the Landlord. The acceptance is subject to satisfactory references and other eligibility criteria set by the Landlord.

CONTRACT EXTENSION: If the Tenant wishes to extend the term of the Contract, the Tenant is aware that this Form and its submission do not guarantee the approval of the requested extension. The approval of the extension is at the sole discretion of the Landlord.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Tenant remains responsible for all obligations under the Contract until the requested changes have been formally approved and implemented by the Landlord.

OTHER TERMS: All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect, except as specifically modified by the approved changes.

APPLICABLE LAW: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction where the property is located.
