A non-refundable administrative fee of £40 will be charged for any request to amend personal or tenancy details on the housing contract after it has been signed. This includes, but is not limited to, changes of tenant name, guarantor details, move-in/move-out dates, or other contractual information. The fee covers the administrative time and processing required to make changes to official documentation and systems. Payment must be made in full before any changes are processed.
